Reviews Tor Dean Torquay
Reviews Tor Dean Torquay. ”We had a great stay in Torquay at the Tor Dean. Rooms were clean and had everything you needed in them. It was only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Torquay and had the bonus of on-site parking. Ken, Isobel and Ashley were great hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely be back”

If you enjoy walking we suggest you take a walk to Cockington Village, approximately 2 miles each way. The thatched village is beautiful to see with the horse & carriages, the cafes for afternoon cream tea or walk on up to Cockington Court, where you can watch the blacksmith, the glass blowing craft men at work or visit the chocolate shop to endulge. Enjoy a walk round and enjoy the peaceful lakes and rose garden or follow the sculptor trail.
In Paignton which is three miles away, why not visit the Geopark play area with your children, take a ride from the Dartmouth Steam Railway and enjoy the many stunning coastal views or take a trip to Paignton Zoo or Splashdown Quaywest. There is plenty to see and do on the English Riviera. Leave the car behind and catch the local Stagecoach bus number 122, hop on, hop off, to all of these attractions.
